HopBack is a Ruttl alternative for agencies and freelancers. Both review live websites, images and PDFs with pinned comments and let clients comment without an account. HopBack prices by flat plan rather than per user, so a team of five pays $49 a month instead of $90, and it adds numbered revision rounds with carry-forward, Compare, a finish-review lock, approval with a name and a time, automated client reminders and a 14-day trial with no card.
RuttlRuttl has a free plan (one project, five pages, up to five users), a long list of integrations including Trello, Jira, Asana and ClickUp, a mobile app feedback product, and a "15 device sizes" preview. If you need to review a native mobile app, or you want Jira sync today, Ruttl covers ground HopBack does not.
Ruttl Pro is $18 per user per month. Five people is $90, ten is $180. HopBack Studio is $49 for 5 seats and Agency $99 for 12, with extra seats at $6. Clients are never seats on either tool.
